Summary

Build bicycle wheels in a production setting, as well as individual custom ordered wheels. Assist in inventorying and organizing parts. Possibility of performing suspension service with prior experience or training.

BTI Wheel Factory Responsibilities

• Wheel building
• Assist in preparation for production runs
• Traffic controller for new wheel build requests
• Invoice, pack and ship completed repairs
• Discuss unforeseen delays or costs with clients
• Keep up with product inventory

Traits of a successful candidate

• Patient with clients, determined to solve problems and retain customers
• Self-motivated. Reports to work with a positive, can do attitude
• Possesses professional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be resourceful and able to follow an established procedure
• Displays professionalism and respect to fellow coworkers

BTI is a bicycle parts and accessories wholesale distributor. Possessing bicycle knowledge is beneficial but not required.
