BTI Customer Service and Sales

  Objective:


Bicycle Technologies International is a full line bicycle parts distributor carrying over 300 of the best brands in the industry with a passion for all things dirt! BTI supplies high-performance products to the top independent bike shops in communities all over the world.

We are looking to add a Customer Service person to our rockstar team. BTI prides itself in taking care of our retailers and a crucial piece of that puzzle is our Retail Support Crew. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is good at problem solving, takes ownership and is passionate about the bicycle industry. This position interfaces with our retailers, buyers, marketing and brands and opens the possibility for multiple avenues of growth.

This position is budgeted at $17-$19 per hour, Santa Fe based is preferred but will consider candidates that have remote Customer Service experience.
