Immediate opening in BTI's Wheel Factory division.

Summary

Oversee all aspects of BTI’s wheel division, curate wheel selection, assemble wheels.

Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manages operations, employees, and quality control
• Designs and oversees production of goods
• Collaborates with purchasing, marketing and sales teams
• Optimizes customer experience

Requirements, Experience and Preferred Skills:

• Can work on-site full-time in BTI's Santa Fe facility
• 5 years in the cycling industry
• Strong understanding and knowledge of current bicycle components and compatibility
• Highest level of proficiency with bicycle wheel building
• Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
• Ability to adapt to changing industry demands and new standards
• Employee management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or database management
• Experience in production and/or product management a plus
