BTI is currently seeking to fill an opening in Customer Service. Qualifications include prior bicycle shop experience, excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge and a passion for cycling. The position also requires strong oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency. BTI is located at 7000 feet in the Rocky Mountains. 1. A completed BTI Company Profile business application
2. A verifiable commercial phone listing
3. A copy of your local business license
4. Proof of liability insurance coverage
5. Regular hours of operation for walk-in clients
6. E-mail photos of your commercial storefront with signage, sales floor and service area to accounts@bti-usa.com
